Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Chhotisi Asha Charitable Trust. By enrolling your child/ward in our free educational programs or by
engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Our mission is to provide free and quality education to underprivileged children without discrimination.
2. Eligibility
Our services are strictly for underprivileged children who lack access to quality education due to financial or social
constraints. Admission is subject to verification of documents and approval by the Trust’s management. The Trust
reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.
3. Free Services
Education, study material, and other academic support provided by the Trust are completely free of cost. No parent/guardian is required to pay any fee or donation for admission or continuation of studies. Any request for money in the name of the Trust should be reported immediately.
4. Attendance & Discipline
Regular attendance and active participation in classes are expected. Students must follow basic discipline, respect teachers, and maintain decorum. The Trust reserves the right to discontinue services to students repeatedly violating discipline or attendance requirements.
5. Use of Facilities & Materials
Books, uniforms, and study materials provided remain the property of the Trust unless otherwise specified. Parents/guardians are expected to ensure children use them responsibly. Any misuse or damage to facilities may lead to suspension of benefits.
6. Media, Photography & Consent
The Trust may capture photographs/videos of students for educational, awareness, or fundraising purposes. By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to this, provided personal information will not be disclosed without prior approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Trust endeavours to provide safe and effective educational services. However, it shall not be liable for loss of belongings, injuries, illnesses, or accidents beyond reasonable control, nor for future employment or academic guarantees.
8. Donations & Funding
While education is free, well-wishers may voluntarily donate to support the cause. All donations are used solely for
charitable and educational purposes. Unauthorized individuals are not permitted to collect donations in the Trust’s
name.
9. Policy Changes
The Trust reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be shared through official communication channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the Trust is registered.

By enrolling a child with Chhotisi Asha Charitable Trust, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
